xTool O1 Omni jig for 4 in square coaster blanks

With 0.3 mm clearance per side, 4 mm webs and a 10 mm margin, the xTool O1 Omni (UV printer)'s 330 × 420 mm work area fits 6 pockets for 4 in square coaster blanks, in 3 rows of 2. Staggering the rows does not help with this shape, so the grid is the best layout.

What to know before you cut

The 0.3 mm starting clearance assumes a 3D-printed jig without hole compensation. Cut the test-fit coupon (0.0 to 0.5 mm) in the generator before the full plate: blanks from different suppliers vary, and printed holes usually come out slightly undersize.

As a 3D-printed plate 3.6 mm thick with 1.6 mm deep pockets, each 3.18 mm blank stands 1.58 mm proud of the jig and its top is 5.2 mm above the bed.

The full 330 × 420 mm plate is larger than a 256 mm 3D-printer bed. The 3MF from the generator splits it into 6 tiles along the webs between pockets, so no pocket is cut in half; glue them to a flat backing board and push it into the same corner of the bed each time.

The 3 mm corner radius is an estimate; measure one blank and adjust it in the generator if the corners bind.
